Harvey Gold
Harvey Gold, 81, of Huntington Beach, California, died after sunset on 17 August 2017. The Funeral was held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Monday, 21 August 2017 at 2:30 PM . Rabbi Harold Loss officiated. Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
The family of Harvey Gold will be gathering immediately following the interment through 7:30 p.m. Monday evening August 21 at the Townsend Hotel, 100 Townsend Street Birmingham, MI 48009. Loving husband, father and papa. Harvey was a warm teddy bear that could light up a room with his contagious smile. Harvey is survived by his wife Maxine; children, Michelle Gold (Jeff) Seifman, Laurence Gold, Wendi (David) Traxler, Mark (Anne) Steiner; sister Ina Gold (Murray) Pitt; grandchildren Georgie and Griffin Seifman, Rachel and Allison Traxler, and Eve and Lillian Steiner. Harvey was the son of the late Sidney and the late Lorraine Gold. He was predeceased by his first wife, Georgia Gold, and his brother the late Leonard Gold. DUE TO THE SOLAR ECLIPSE, THE SERVICE HAS BEEN MOVED FROM GRAVESIDE TO THE DAVIDSON/HERMELIN CHAPEL, FOLLOWED BY A BURIAL SERVICE IN SECTION 10A.
