Dr. Lawrence E. Wenokur, 83, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 05 August 2017. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Monday, 07 August 2017 at 2:00 PM . The family of Dr. Lawrence E. Wenokur will be gathering through the afternoon of Friday, August 11 at the residence, 5274 Simpson Lake Road, West Bloomfield MI 48323. The family will be gathering on Monday immediately following the interment, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday beginning at 2:00 p.m., and on Friday from 2:00-5:00 p.m. Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Family members include: Beloved husband of 59 years of Arlene Wenokur. Cherished father of Alan (Cameron Mason) Wenokur, Shari Smith, and Bob (Laura Siegel) Wenokur. Proud grandfather of Vida and Eden Wenokur, Isaac Smith, Taylor, Trevor and Noah Wenokur, Alec and Hunter Ramsay-Smith, and Cameron and Hailey Freedman. Loving brother of Mickey (Barbara) Wenokur. Dear brother-in-law of Dianne (Henri) Mouradian and Michael (Claire Lichtenstein) Gold. Devoted son of the late George and the late Dinah Wenokur.
