Alvin A. WeisbergAlvin A. Weisberg, 90, of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, died on 08 July 2017. The Funeral was held at Congregation Shaarey Zedek, 27375 Bell, Southfield MI 48034 on Monday, 10 July 2017 at 11:00 AM . Rabbis Aaron Starr, Yonaton Dahlen, Hazzan David Propis, Assistant Cantor Leonard Gutmann and Cantor Roger Weisberg officiated. Click to watch a video of the recorded service. The family of Alvin A. Weisberg will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, July 13 at the residence of Steven and Lori Weisberg, 6950 Falcon Court, West Bloomfield Mi 48322. The family will be gathering on Monday immediately following the interment and on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12:00-5:00 p.m. and from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Please note that during the afternoon on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Henrietta will be there from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Religious Services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Family members include: Beloved husband of 63 years of Henrietta Weisberg; Cherished father of Steven and Lori Weisberg and Julie and Steven Schlafer; Loving Grandpa Al of Jessica Weisberg, Madeline and Logan Ostrand, Matthew Weisberg and Papa of Bradley Schlafer and his Fiance' Carly Freedman and Scott Schlafer; Proud Great Grandpa Al of Liam Bohlin; Devoted son of the late Peter and the late Clara Weisberg; Brother of the late Bernard and Helen Weisberg, the late Selma and the late George Feinberg; the late Harvey and the late Lucille Weisberg and Harold and Marion Weisberg; Also survived by his sister in law Rachel Schwartz and many loving nieces and nephews.
