Cecelia Singer, 90, of West Bloomfield, died on 16 February 2017. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 19 February 2017 at 2:30 PM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff and Cantor Daniel Gross officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.

Religious services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday and Monday evenings. The family welcomes friends on Monday from 1:00-5:00 p.m. and from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Edward Earl Singer. Cherished mother of Alan (Lenore) Singer, Sue (Alan) Kaufman, and Julie (Josh) Chernoff. Loving Nana of Jodie (Jamie) Davis, Emily (Josh) Hunegs, Danny (fiance Morgan Rosen) Kaufman, Justin (Elyse) Singer, Adam Chernoff, Leah Chernoff, Bradley (Leanne) Deutch and Stephanie (Jordan) Goldstein. Great-Nana of Ella, Maddie and Jonah Davis, Aiden, Sadie and Goldie Hunegs, Harrison and Bryce Goldstein, Harvee Deutch. Treasured sister of Molly Foreman and the late Jack Winokur. Devoted daughter of the late Sarah and the late Abe Winokur. Dear sister-in-law of Milford and Lois Singer and the late Kenneth and the late Marvel Singer. Also survived by loving caregivers Carmen Allison and Celeste Hinds.
