Shelia Joyce Solomon, 84, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 19 July 2016. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Friday, 22 July 2016 at 1:00 PM . Rabbi Harold Loss officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Machpelah Cemetery.
The family of Shelia Joyce Solomon will be gathering through the evening of Saturday, July 23 at the residence of Clubhouse at Maple Place Condos. The Clubhouse at Maple Place Condos is located one block west of Drake, south off of Maple. Please be aware that Maple is closed between Drake and Farmington Road.
The family will be gathering immediately following interment on Friday and on Saturday afternoon from 3:00-9:00 p.m. at the residence of Marvin Cohen 6507 Maple Lake Court. West Bloomfield, MI 48322. Family members include: Cherished mother of Daniel (Laura Dove) Solomon; loving Bubbie of Abigail and Jacob Solomon; devoted daughter of the late Samuel and the late Gertie Cohen; dear sister of Marvin Cohen and the late Allen Cohen; adored aunt of Samantha, Bradley, Debbie, and Ronald; proud sister-in-law of Barbara Cohen and Karen Cohen Tessler. Also survived by her loving caregivers and friends, Stacy Foley and Ilene Adler.
