Jack Lewis, 69, of Southfield, Michigan, died on 07 March 2016. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Wednesday, 09 March 2016 at 11:00 AM . Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Beth El Memorial Park, 28120 6 Mile Road, Livonia MI 48152.
The family of Jack Lewis will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, March 10 at the residence of Michael Lewis, 29694 Ravine, Livonia MI 48152. Shiva services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday. Jack (Jacob) A. Lewis, age 69, died peacefully on March 8, 2016 in Southfield, MI. Jack was a retired Bill Collector and retired from the US Army where he served in Vietnam and Germany. He is survived by his twin brother Michael (Margaret, deceased) Lewis, niece Rebecca (Matthew) Baumgarten, nephew Jeffrey Lewis, great nephews Samuel and Wesley and longtime friend Shirley Kaplan. He is preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Lillian Lewis and many beloved aunts, uncles and cousins.
