Mr. Trogan is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Bernice Rosenthal-Trogan. He was the devoted father of Christina Trogan, brother of Gloria Novak and brother-in-law of Barbara and Joel Leib. Tony was adored by nephews and nieces, Anthony and Dennis Novak, Cheryl and Ronald Stern, Lisa and Daniel Klein and Eric and Jodi Leib along with very special cousin and friend, Benjamin Komer. He was also adored by many great-nephews, nieces, and other family members, friends and Bella & Buster Trogan.

Mr. Trogan was the dear brother of the late Camille Augustine, loving son of the late Florence and Anthony Trogan Sr. He was the beloved son-in-law of the late Barbara and Manford Rosenbloom and his first wife, Shera Trogan.

Mr. Trogan was born in Saginaw, Michigan on December 18, 1945, youngest and only son of three children. He was adored by his older sisters. Tony was a vital part of running the family store for many years.

Beginning in 1980, securities litigation became a substantial part of Mr. Trogan's law practice. Since the founding of Anthony V. Trogan PLLC., Mr. Trogan had confined his practice to the representation of customers in the prosecution of claims against brokers, broker/dealers, financial advisors and investment advisors.

Mr. Trogan was also a FINRA arbitrator and a former New York Stock Exchange and NASD arbitrator. He acted as an instructor for arbitrators and prospective arbitrators and frequently as a mediator or facilitator in commercial and securities-related disputes. For the past two decades. Mr. Trogan shared his vast knowledge on securities topics through lectures at the Midwest Securities Law Institute (now affiliated with the Michigan State University College of Law) and as a frequent speaker at MACPA seminars.

Mr. Trogan has received annual recognition as a "Michigan Super Lawyer" in securities litigation for several years and has maintained the Martindale "AV" rating for nearly four decades. Among his professional accolades is representing a client that received the largest exemplary damage award from a Jury in Michigan history.

Mr. Trogan had many hobbies through the years. Sailing, photography, shooting and archery, however his favorite was woodworking at his cottage in Saugatuck. This was a place where he and his wife Bernice made many beautiful memories.
