J. Scott Thomas, 60, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, died on 25 January 2016. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Thursday, 28 January 2016 at 12:30 PM . Family members include: Beloved husband of 36 years of Judith Shapiro Thomas. Loving uncle of Michael Thomas, Jessica Thomas, Bonnie Fogel, Aaron and Jasmine Shapiro, Phyllis Shapiro and Don McNichol, and Matthew Shapiro. Proud great-uncle of Mara, Collin, and Jamie Shapiro. Dear brother of Mark S. (the late Patricia) Thomas. Brother-in-law of Simcha and Phyllis Shapiro, the late Joel Shapiro and the late Lorraine Shapiro. The family of J. Scott Thomas will be gathering through the afternoon of Friday, January 29 at the former home of the late Joel Shapiro, 679 Shepardbush, Birmingham MI 48009 for friends to call. Beginning Sunday afternoon and through the evening, Judy will accept friends at her residence, 28818 E King William Dr, Farmington Hills, MI 48331.
