Sheldon Sandweiss



Sheldon Sandweiss, 88, of West Bloomfield MI, died on 17 January 2016.

The Funeral was held at The Davidson/Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park, 2425 14 Mile Rd, Birmingham MI 48009 on Tuesday, 19 January 2016 at 2:00 PM .

Rabbi Joshua Bennett and Cantorial Soloist Neil Michaels officiated.

The family of Sheldon Sandweiss will be gathering through the evening of Wednesday, January 20 at the residence of Marsha and Dr. Mark Klein, 7463 Autumn Hill Drive, West Bloomfield MI 48323. The phone number is 248-960-7462.

Religious Services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and Wednesday Evenings. THE FAMILY REQUESTS PRIVACY FROM 5:00 P.M.-6:30 P.M. TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY FOR DINNER AS A FAMILY; AND VISITING WEDNESDAY FROM 2:00 P.M. UNTIL 5:00 P.M. AND FROM 6:30P.M.-8:30 P.M.

Sheldon Sandweiss was the owner of Sheldon Investment Company, a real estate investment company specializing in all aspects of real estate. Sheldon was a talented pianist and singer, who was part of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra Choir and sang with the choir of Congregation Shaarey Zedek. Sheldon had a passion for philanthropy, supporting many Jewish causes. He was also a member of the Detroit Tennis Club.
