Sybil H. Markowitz, 77, of Southfield, MI, died on 11 February 2015. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Friday, 13 February 2015 at 1:00 PM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Beth Moses (Beth Ahm) Cemetery.
The family of Sybil H. Markowitz will be gathering through the evening of Monday, February 16 at the residence of Andrew and Linda Markowitz, 3377 Timberlake Drive, Commerce MI 48390. The phone number is 248-242-6765. Religious services will be held at 7 PM Sunday and Monday evenings. The family requests visiting begin at 3 PM Sunday and Monday afternoons. Family members include: Loving wife of 57 years to Melvin Markowitz. Cherished mother of Andrew (Linda) Markowitz, Mindy Markowitz, Norman (Kim) Markowitz, and Richard Markowitz. Loving grandmother of Michelle Markowitz, Tony Markowitz, Amanda (Fiance Andrew Dahm) Markowitz, Ryan Markowitz, Rachel Markowitz, Jessica Markowitz, Nicole Markowitz, Sarah Markowitz, Alex Markowitz, and Mackenzie Markowitz. Dear sister of Winnie (the late Joe) Snyder and Margo (Michael) Goldman. Daughter of the late Norman and the late Rubye Schreiber. Daughter in law of the late Louis and the late Ada Markowitz. Also survived by her loving companion Clifford. It is suggested that those who wish to further honor the memory of Sybil H.
