Sara Lila Manson, 90 , of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died after sunset on 03 January 2015. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Wednesday, 07 January 2015 at 10:00 AM . Rabbi Joseph Krakoff officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Workmens Circle Cemetery.
The family of Sara Lila Manson will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, January 11 at the residence of Marc and Marcia Manson, 30141 High Valley Road, Farmington Hills Mi 48331. The phone number is 248-661-0668. Religious services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings. Friends are welcome to visit each shiva day from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. and from 6:30 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Family members include: Beloved wife of the late Sheldon "Buddy" Manson; Cherished mother of Wendy (Howard) Malley, Marc (Marcia) Manson and Eric Manson; Adored Bubby Sara of Andrea (Daniel) Kravets, Brian Malley, David (Danielle) Malley, Benjamin Manson and Jeremy (Alison) Manson; Adoring great grandmother of Benjamin and Matthew Kravets, Eli and Sasha Malley, Ava and Ethan Manson and Willa Manson; Devoted daughter of the late Minnie and the late Ben Matz; Sister of David (Gert) Matz; Sister in Law of the late Annette "Honey" and the late Maurice Zeiger, the late Ruth and the late Coleman Kovan and the late Ervin and the late Shirley Manson; Treasured aunt of Steven (Sandi) Matz, Marla (Stewart) Feldman, Margaret (the late Sidney) Feldman, Carol (Mickey) Heideman, Nancy Fraiberg, Stuart (Olga) Zeiger, the late Walter Zeiger, Richard (Lyndie) Kovan, Judith (Ronald) Cohen, Linda (Walter) Blank, Debra (Bernard) Zager, Walter (Chrissy) Manson. Sara will be greatly missed by all the friends she visited daily at Meer, Hechtman and Fleischman, as well as many nursing homes in the area. She leaves behind her Friday Meals on Wheels group (National Council of Jewish Women). She was a volunteer extraordinaire for the whole Jewish Community, which culminated in her being an 8 over 80 recipient in 2013.
