Monnie Weingarden, 89, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, died on 28 November 2014. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 30 November 2014 at 3:00 PM . The family of Monnie Weingarden will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, December 04 at the residence of Cindy and Melvin Schwartz, 8519 Hendrie Blvd., Huntington Woods Mi 48070. The phone number is 248-543-4576. Religious Services will be held at 7:00 P.M. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE BURIAL AT ADAT SHALOM MEMORIAL PARK, FRIENDS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN THE FAMILY FOR THE SUDAT HAVRAH, THE "MEAL OF CONDOLENCE", AND ARE WELCOME TO STAY FOR THE SERVICE AT 7:00 P.M. SUNDAY EVENING. THE FAMILY ASKS THAT VISITS BEGIN EACH DAY BEGINNING MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY FROM 2:00 P.M. UNTIL 5:00 P.M. AND FROM 6:30 P.M. UNTIL 8:30 P.M. ALLOWING THE FAMILY PRIVACY FOR DINNER EACH EVENING. Family members include: Beloved wife of the Late Melvin Weingarden; Cherished mother of Ronne and Jerry Acker, Carrie and Roger Kushner and Cindy and Melvin Schwartz; Loving grandma of Kevin Acker and Anne Kummer, Lisa Acker and Peter Friedman, Julie and Scott Sack, Rebecca Steinbock, Eric and Abby Kushner, Meryl Schwartz and Sarah Schwartz; Proud great grandma of Sammy Acker, Miles, Anna and Lucie Friedman, Emma, Noah and Ethan Sack, Sophie, Claire and Elijah Steinbock, Caleb and Rayna Kushner; Sister of the late Enid (the late William) Rosen; Sister in Law of Libby (the late George) Weingarden, the late Sylvia (the late Sidney) Barak and the late Beverly Weingarden; Also survived by many adoring nieces and nephews.
