Dr. Sheldon ApplefieldDr. Sheldon Applefield, 86, of Longboat Key, Florida and West Bloomfield, Michiga, died on 14 October 2014. The Memorial Service was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Wednesday, 15 October 2014 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Harold Loss officiated. The family of Dr. Sheldon Applefield will be gathering through the evening of Thursday, October 16 at the residence of Dr. Daniel Applefield and Lisa Walters, 631 Bow Lane, Waterford MI 48328. The family will gather on Thursday beginning at 3:30PM Family members include: Beloved husband of the late Joan Applefield; Cherished father of Dr. Daniel (Lisa Walters) Applefield and Dr. Michael (Beth Lieberman) Applefield; Loving grandfather of Alexa, Peri, Justin, Rachel and Joan Applefield; Brother in Law of Gloria Hurwitz and the late Jack Hurwitz; Devoted son of the late Morris J. and the late Sadie Applefield.
