Dr. Lawrence Dennis Castleman, 72, of Birmingham, Michigan, died on 13 August 2014. The Memorial Service was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Sunday, 17 August 2014 at 2:00 PM . Family members include: Beloved husband of 49 years of Diana Castleman; Cherished father of Dr. Laura Castleman (Daniel Solomon Schechter), Melissa Castleman (Jordan Peccia)and Scott (Van Cam Tran) Castleman; Loving Pops of Nathan Locks Schechter, Heather Liliana Schechter, Julian Lawrence Peccia and Steven Daniel Castleman; Brother of Dr. Michael (Geri) Castleman and the late Ronald Castleman; Brother in Law of Flora Castleman, Paul Locks, Clyde (Vivian) Locks, Rodney (Suzanne) Locks and Connie Locks. Religious Services will be held Sunday evening at 7:00 P.M at the residence. The family requests family and friends also may visit on Monday from 2:00 P.M.---until 8:30 P.M. Dr. Lawrence Castleman was an Ophthalmologist and owner of the Castleman Eye Center in Southgate.
