Wayne County Morgue BurialsWayne County Morgue Burials died. The Memorial Service was held at Graveside on Wednesday, 09 July 2014 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Tamara Kolton, Rev. Dr. Louis J. Prues and Rev. The Staff at the Ira Kaufman Chapel along with the generosity of the Jewish Fund, the help of the Michigan Funeral Directors Association and the Archdioceses of Detroit will be burying the 170 people some of whom have been at the morgue for many years. All burials will be completed within 30 days and they will all be buried in individual marked graves. Following the Public Memorial Service honoring the 170 people we will bury in the next 30 days, we will be conducting a Graveside Service of Richard Clement. Born 12/20/1942, Richard died 10/21/2011 at the age of 68. He died in his residence in Detroit. His family originally contacted Wayne county back in 2011 when he died, and they were inaccurately informed he had already been buried, which was not the case. The family was shocked to see his name on the list that was released as part of the media coverage of this Wayne County Morgue initiative. Tomorrow he will be laid to rest with family and friends attending along with the community that comes to pay their respects and honor their memories. |
