David Keith Page, 80, of Bloomfield Hills Michigan, died on 01 July 2014. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Thursday, 03 July 2014 at 2:00 PM . Rabbi Daniel B. Syme officiated. Click  to watch a video of the recorded service.Interment at Clover Hill Park Cemetery.
The family of David Keith Page will be gathering through the evening of Sunday, July 06 at the residence, 2661 Indian Mound South, Bloomfield Hills MI 48301. The phone number is 248-645-2405. Religious Services will be held at 7:30 P.M. Thursday and Sunday Evenings. The family will gather immediately following the burial through Thursday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday evening from 6:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. PLEASE BE ADVISED, THERE WILL BE NO PROCESSION TO THE CEMETERY. IF YOU ARE PLANNING ON DRIVING TO THE CEMETERY, PLEASE TURN EAST ONTO 9 MILE ROAD FROM OUR PARKING LOT, GO UNDER THE VIADUCT ON 9 MILE AND MAKE THE FIRST LEFT ONTO SOUTHFIELD ROAD. TAKE SOUTHFIELD ROAD NORTH TO 14 MILE ROAD AND MAKE A RIGHT. STAY ON 14 MILE ROAD FOR 2 MILES, CROSS OVER WOODWARD AVENUE, AND THE CEMETERY WILL BE ON YOUR LEFT. Family members include: Beloved husband of 49 years of Andrea Page; Cherished father of Mark Daniel (Pamela Sylvor) Page, Jason William (the late Jinks Jervey-Page) Page, his Beloved Julie Hoskow and Sarah Leslie Page; Loving grandfather of Noah Myles Page, Benjamin Maxwell "Max" Page, Maya Raine Page and Sydney Rose Page; Also survived by Julie's children, Shayne and Aidan Hoskow; Nieces Amy Strasner and Laura Rubens Burdick and nephew Andrew Rubens Burdick; brother in law James W. Burdick (Judith Rubens Burdick) and numerous loving cousins; Son of the Late Milton and the late Hilda Page; Brother of the late Nedra and son-in-law of the late Benjamin and the late Mary Burdick. David Page was a Senior Partner at the Law Firm, Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn; He was the Chairman of the Board, Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc; Former Chairman of the Board, Allied Supermarkets, Inc. (later Meadowdale Foods), Inc. among numerous other corporate boards of directors. His Civic Activities were, Vice Chairman, Detroit Riverfront Conservancy; Chairman, Children's Hospital of Michigan Foundation; Board of Directors, Detroit Zoological Society; Former Vice Chairman, Kresge Foundation; Former Chairman of the Board, Children's Hospital of Michigan; Former President , Jewish Federation of Metropoitan Detroit; Former Chairman, The Jewish Fund; Former President, Temple Beth El; Former Director, Detroit Music Society; Advisory Board Member, City Year Detroit among other countless other community endeavors. David received the Learned Hand Human Relations Award from the American Jewish Committee-1997; and received the Fred M. Butzel Award for Distinguished Community Service from the Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Detroit.
