Arthur Kretchmer, 75, of Huntington Woods, Michigan, died on 14 February 2014. The Funeral was held at IRA KAUFMAN CHAPEL on Monday, 17 February 2014 at 10:00 AM . Rabbi Joseph Klein officiated. Religious Services will be held at 7:00 PM. Monday and Tuesday Evenings. The family requests that visiting begin at 3:00 PM. on Tuesday. Family members include: Beloved husband of 53 years of Claire Ettlinger Kretchmer; Cherished father of Linda Tikey and Geoffrey (Jody Lipton) Kretchmer; Loving Papa Arthur of Ryan Tikey, Blaine Tikey, Noah Kretchmer and Emma Kretchmer; Dear brother of Robert Kretchmer; Devoted son of the late Harry E. Kretchmer, the late Gertrude Levine Kretchmer and the late Jewel Baar Kretchmer; Adoring uncle and great uncle of Elysa and Chuck Newman and their children Gabbie, Benji, Amanda, Daniel and Ava Newman; nephews David and Matthew Ettlinger as well as brother in law of Barbara Krohn and the late Roger James Ettlinger.
