Dr. Jack Upfal
Dr. Jack Upfal, 65, of Phoenix, Arizona, died on 09 March 2012. The Funeral was held at National Memorial Cemetery, Phoenix, Az. on Tuesday, 13 March 2012 at 10:00 AM . Interment at National Memorial Cemetery. Family members include: Dr. Jack Upfal is survived by his loving Mother, Wela Upfal; brothers and sisters in law, Mark and Lynn Upfal and Nathan and Rochelle Upfal; and nieces and nephew, Emily upfal, Julia Upfal, Emily Brouwers, Jessica Upfal and Joshua Upfal. He is also survived by cherished friends, Richard Kronick and Howard Reich of Phoenix, Arizona. Jack was the son of the late Charles Upfal. Jack graduated from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. The family will be observing shiva locally on Thursday, beginning at 2:00 PM at the residence of Nathan and Rachel Upfal, 3654 Ridgeland Road, West Bloomfield, 48323. Religious Services will be held at 7:00 PM. Thursday Evening. The family will be gathering Thursday only for friends to call.
